The most awkward office episode is Scott's Tots.
Summary: Michael promises a bunch of underprivileged kids when they are 8 that he is going to pay for all of their college tuition after they graduate high school. He does not have the money for it, obviously, as the middle manager of a paper company. The school invites him to visit all the kids to celebrate their graduation. Everyone treats him like a king, they even have a song and dance that they perform for him. "Hey Mr. Scott, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do make our dreams come true!" He has to get up and tell them that he can't pay for their college tuition and then he gives them all laptop batteries instead.
This is universally the most hated episode of The Office.
There is even a subreddit called r/CannotWatchScottsTots.
