Liberals don't know any conservatives
A lot of liberals have a very caricatured view of what "tradwives" and conservatives are. Their opinion seems based on a few social media influencers like Ballerina Farms and old Mad Men episodes. When they read a book like YesterYear with lines like "things always came easy to me unlike other people" they truly think they are getting into the heads of a right-leaning Trump supporting MAGA woman who homeschools her kids.
I live in a very liberal city and regularly have people vent to me about how much they hate Trump or ICE or Republicans, making it clear that they would have a huge problem with disagreement. I almost never hear anyone admit to having conservative viewpoints.
Since liberals no longer talk to anyone but other liberals, they have lost the ability to convincingly write satire about the right. They have no idea who or what they are satirizing.
