I have never read something like this before. This list…
1. I’m socially and sexually rejected because I’m weird.
2. Normie girls are sexually unavailable to me.
3. But conversely, maybe weird girls could be sexually available to me?
4. Since I don’t really know any girls, I don’t know which ones are weird.
5. I have to rely on superficial characteristics. I will assume that girls who look weird are weird.

In all seriousness though, there is something to the idea that weirdo guys tend to seek out girls who are signaling that they are also weird. And "goth", "emo", and "lolita" girls are weird but in a way that is still very feminine and image-conscious. Goth girls are obviously very intentional about their clothing, makeup, hair, etc; in other words, they are weird but not repulsive.
Also, as someone who has always dressed intentionally but in a very offbeat way, I can confirm that the type of men who are attracted to me are usually a bit eccentric themselves.
