How does language shape the way a technology is adopted and used? If AI tools are mostly developed around English will language become a barrier to technological progress for some cultures?
On the other hand, Chinese characters are very complex --especially the traditional characters --and China is extremely competitive, if not the outright leader, in lots of key technology fields.
